We meet via Zoom call once a month. Subscribe to our email list to receive our invite. We will discuss concerns, discoveries, and everything in between. Anything that is brought up in group will stay with us. No judgment.
We will host expressive art therapy via zoom and our website once a week. You will be able to use poetry, music, art, self written monologues/role therapy to deal with any feelings that may be hidden/pushed away. Beginners are welcome!
Mikaela and Victoria are both trained in Dementia Best practices. We will be hosting Live workshops for professionals and families to navigate communications with those living with Dementia/Alzheimer's.
