Mikaela Saunderson
Founder

Mikaela Saunderson is the founder of Slow Dancing With Alzheimer's. She has worked in the Senior Living Community for six years. The favorite parts of her job is creating connections with the residents and learning about their past life. Mikaela wants to bring awareness for families, friends and caregivers who know a loved one who is living with Dementia/Alzheimer's.

Mikaela is currently the Executive Director for Hampton Manor in the Belleview area. She has had several years of experience in Senior Living. She is a Certified Dementia Care Practitioner, a Certified Montessori Dementia Care Professional and was the Fundraiser Champion for the Alzheimer's Walk in our local Alzheimer's Foundation chapter. Mikaela is always there for the families and loves to put a smile on the resident's faces!
Victoria Allison
Co-Founder
Victoria Allison is the co-founder of Slow Dancing With Alzheimer's. She is currently the community liaison for the Hampton Manor network in Ocala, Fl. She has served those with Dementia for 3 years, using art therapy and person centered care. Her goal is to provide families with the tools to lead a meaningful life after the diagnosis of Dementia/Alzheimer's.
